CloudSkin designs a cognitive cloud-continuum platform that makes full use of heterogeneous cloud and edge resources. The platform seeks the best placement between cloud and edge and uses AI to adapt dynamically to changes in application behavior.
To support the automatic deployment, mobility, and security of services, CloudSkin develops a universal container-like execution abstraction based on WebAssembly. This abstraction enables legacy and new applications to run seamlessly and securely across the cloud–edge continuum.
